CIU inks MoU with Women Chamber Of Commerce to support women in the industry

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Creative Innovative Unit and Women Chamber Of Commerce to support women in the industry.

The scope of the MoU will include facilitation and cooperation towards each other to help with women empowerment by induction of more women in the industry and arranging technical and professional workshops for women.

Speaking on the occasion Advisor to CM on ST⁢  Ziaullah Bangash shared that the aim of the MoU is to promote inclusivity of women in the economy by training them in professional skills, computer literacy and other soft skills .
“We want to elevate the status of young girls and women and raise awareness through digital spaces as well as on-ground trainings and sessions,” He added

The event gathered government representatives,  and other relevant stakeholders, in an effort to promote the development of an inclusive and sustainable environment for the economic empowerment of women as drivers of industry and innovation.
